McCarter Coffee Company was created by Debra and Jim McCarter. After experiencing the joy of coffee roasting and brewing throughout Italy they realized how much we are missing the taste of freshly roasted coffee here in the States. Their trips to Costa Rica and Hawaii helped them to see first hand the process of growing and roasting coffee beans. This helped them gain an understanding of the growing cycles harvesting procedures. The knowledge and experience has helped them develop the art of finding the most freshly picked beans and then seeking the ultimate roasting temperature to allow the hidden flavor to escape. Harvesting the Holidays Special Market Day: Dec 5th
