Gracious Gardens is Peter Nichol's 50 acre farm in Holly Springs. Peter purchased his small parcel from a plantation once owned by Joseph Matthews, governor of Mississippi during the 1800s. Today Peter and his partner Tim Smith keep plenty busy maintaining the arugula, baby spinach, baby romaine,  and mesclun they sell by the generous bag, while also tending salad turnips, radishes, cherry tomatoes, lettuces, edamame, yellow & green beans, and okra.
