Donnell Century Farm was settled in 1835 by our very own John Donnell.  Our farm is a real working family farm located in Madison county near Jackson, TN.  We row crop and farm approximately 1500 acres of cotton, soybeans, corn, wheat, pasture and hay.  Angus cattle have been part of our farm for over 30 years.  I began focusing on beef genetics after graduating in Animal Science from UT.  We began ultrasounding cattle to measure ribeye size and marbling on each calf twelve years ago.  This data is used to make breeding decisions so we know how to improve carcass quality on every cow.  Our focus is on genetics to consistently produce a premier beef eating experience.
