The Lor brothers immigrated to America from Laos in the  aftermath of the Vietnamese War.  Using traditional farming methods, the Lors and their extended family provide a plethora of vegetables from their 100 acre farm in Middleton TN.   Choa comes every Saturday to the market (June - September), and his infectious smile and quick wit has made him a favorite with patrons.  They will have all kinds of wonderful  summer produce this season, but you absolutely should not miss the many varieties of peas and legumes the brothers grow.  These delicacies will be shelled for you, and are just waiting to be cooked and enjoyed.  And don't forget to get some for your freezer too.
